Wash the oxtail with salt, lemon juice, and vinegar.
Remove any excess water from the oxtail.
Season the oxtail with salt, black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and oxtail seasoning.
Add two different all-purpose seasonings, including Maggi all-purpose seasoning.
Mix in ginger, allspice, minced garlic, green seasoning, and bay leaves.
Add browning sauce and paprika for color.
Let the seasoned oxtail marinate for about 30 minutes.
Transfer the oxtail to a slow cooker (Faberware) and add water until it reaches the same level as the oxtail.
Cook in the slow cooker for about 30 minutes until tender.
Prepare additional seasonings: chop potatoes, onion, bell pepper, and tomato, and add scotch bonnet pepper.
Transfer the oxtail from the slow cooker to a stovetop pot.
Add the prepared vegetables and seasonings to the pot.
Add butter beans and ketchup to the pot.
Cover and simmer on medium heat until fully cooked.
