Heat oil in a cocoa pressure cooker.

Add lamb, chopped onion, salt, black pepper, cinnamon, diced squash, green beans, and half of the coriander and mint; stir and bring to a boil.

Once the meat darkens, add hot water and boil for about 10 minutes.

Close the cocoa pressure cooker and cook the meat for about 20 minutes.

After 20 minutes, add 8 boiled and peeled fresh tomatoes to the mixture.

Pour the tomato mixture into the soup and bring to a boil.

Add turkish bulgur and boil for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.

Add hot water as needed to prevent bulgur from absorbing too much water.

Turn off the stove and add remaining coriander and mint before serving hot with a touch of lemon.
