Mix 150 ml of water and 150 ml of milk with 40 g of sugar and 7 g of dry yeast until the sugar dissolves.

In a large bowl, combine 480 g of all-purpose flour and 7 g of salt, then mix in the yeast mixture until no dry flour remains.

Scrape the dough out of the bowl onto a floured counter and gently spread it with your hands.

Add 120 g of dark chocolate chips, press them in, and stretch the dough.

Roll the dough into a log and cut it lengthwise all the way through.
