Stir in sliced mushrooms and cook until softened, about 5 minutes

Add minced garlic and cook for an additional minute

In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper

Pour the egg mixture over the mushroom and onion mixture in the skillet

Cook until the edges start to set, about 3-4 minutes

Sprinkle cheese on top and cover the skillet

Cook until the eggs are fully set, about 3-5 minutes

Garnish with chopped parsley before serving

Serve hot with bread or salad
