1

Welcome back to the channel, today I'm sharing the coco bread recipe.

2

You will need six ingredients: flour, yeast, salt, sugar, butter, and coconut milk.

3

Do not let the salt come in direct contact with the yeast; add it to one side of the bowl.

4

Add sugar to the mixture as yeast loves sugar.

5

Add 3 tablespoons of softened room temperature vegan butter; melted butter can also be used.

6

Ensure the coconut milk is warm or at room temperature.

7

Knead the dough after mixing until smooth, then cover and let it rise for one hour.

8

After one hour, deflate the dough and knead it for about one minute.

9

Use a pot cover to cut out the dough into circular shapes, or you can cut a small piece and roll it out with a rolling pin.

10

Apply melted unsalted butter on the rolled dough; a brush can be used instead of a knife.

11

Fold the dough in half without sealing the ends and place it onto a baking tray.

12

Repeat the process for the remaining dough.

13

Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes or until golden brown.

14

Brush the tops with more melted butter after baking.
