Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a saucepan over medium heat.

Add the minced chicken to the pan and mix well. Cook for 5 minutes.

Add 2 sachets of tomato ketchup and mix well.

After simmering, add the cubed carrots and potatoes to the pan.
