4 Tbsp. Soy sauce
2 Tbsp. Calamansi juice
Black pepper
Oil, for sauteing
6 cloves Garlic, minced
½ cup Onions, minced
6 pcs. Tomatoes, minced
3 Tbsp. Tomato paste
3 pcs. Laurel leaves
½ kg. Pork liver, diced
250g. Hotdogs, sliced
150g. Potatoes, diced
150g. Carrots, diced
½ cup Red bell peppers, diced
½ cup Green bell peppers, diced
½ cup Green peas
⅓ cup Raisins (Optional)
Salt & pepper, to taste

Heat oil in a pan and sauté minced garlic and onions until fragrant.

Add the minced tomatoes and cook until softened.

Stir in the tomato paste and cook for a few minutes.

Add the pork liver and cook until browned.

Incorporate the diced potatoes, carrots, and hotdogs, mixing well.

Add the diced red and green bell peppers, green peas, and laurel leaves.

Pour in the soy sauce and calamansi juice, season with salt and pepper, and simmer until everything is cooked through.
