Peel the potatoes and chop them into cubes.
Boil the diced potatoes in water until soft.
Mash the potatoes in the pan until fluffy and let them cool.
Add 65 g of flour to the cooled mashed potatoes.
Add a pinch of salt and a good crack of black pepper to the mixture.
Add 25 g of melted butter to the mixture.
Bring the mixture together with a spoon, then use your hands to form a light dough.
Flour the board and roll out the dough to about 1 cm thick.
Use a plate to cut the dough into a round shape.
Cut the round into quarters to form scones.
Heat a dry frying pan and place the scones in it.
Cook the scones for about 3-4 minutes on one side until it starts browning, then flip them over.
Cook the other side until browned with a modeled effect.
