2 lbs onions
1 1/2 cups rice
3/4 cup lentil
1 cup elbow pasta
1/2 lb Pan size spaghetti
1 cup vermicelli pasta
1/2 kilo Tomato sauce or purée
Hot chilli pepper
3/4 cup white vinegar
1/4 cup lemon juice
Salt
pepper
cumin
coriander
6 tsps minced garlic
1 can of chickpeas
Oil for frying onions

Fry the onions in oil until golden brown.

Cook the rice according to package instructions.

Prepare the lentils by boiling until tender.

Cook the elbow pasta and spaghetti according to package instructions.

Cook the vermicelli pasta until golden and crispy.

Combine the tomato sauce with hot chilli pepper, white vinegar, lemon juice, salt, pepper, cumin, coriander, and minced garlic to create a sauce.

Mix the cooked rice, lentils, pasta, and chickpeas together in a pot.
