Peel and cut 12 small potatoes into smaller sizes.

Finely chop 1 onion.

Heat 50 grams of butter or cooking oil in a pan.

Add the chopped onion and fry for about a minute.

Add the potatoes to the pan and fry them for a bit.

Add 400 milliliters of cream (substituting 150 milliliters with milk) until the potatoes are almost covered.

Add salt to taste and let it boil at low temperature for 20-30 minutes until the potatoes are cooked through.

Slice the sausage and fry them until crisp.

Once the potatoes are cooked, season with ground white pepper and nutmeg to taste.

Add the fried sausage slices to the creamed potatoes and mix gently.
