Prime the yeast by mixing 200 ml of water with 1 teaspoon of sugar and adding the yeast. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes.
In a bowl, combine half of the flour and the salt with the yeast water and stir to create a thick batter.
Gradually add the remaining flour until a dough forms, using a fork initially.
Switch to using hands to incorporate the flour fully until the dough is slightly sticky.
Add 20 g of butter to the dough and mix until incorporated.
Let the dough rise in a bowl until doubled in size, then divide it.
Cover the divided dough with baking paper and let it proof for another 30 minutes until puffy.
Sprinkle sesame seeds on top of the dough before baking.
Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes until nicely browned.
