Mix honey and Dijon mustard with black pepper in a bowl until combined.
Spread the honey mustard mixture over the ham layer.
Layer sharp cheddar cheese on top of the ham and honey mustard.
Place the top halves of the buns back on the sliders.
Mix melted butter with everything bagel spice and dried parsley, then brush it over the top of the buns.
Cover the sliders with foil and bake in the oven.
Remove the foil after about 10-12 minutes to let the tops crisp up for an additional 3-4 minutes.
