7 dried red chilies
1 large bell pepper
3 garlic cloves
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp ground coriander
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp toasted caraway seeds

Roast the red bell peppers on an open flame. Keep it covered in a bowl. After 10 minutes, peel off the burnt skin. A little bit of charred skin is okay.

Deseed the red chilies. Soak dried red chilies in hot water for 15 minutes or until soft.

Blend all ingredients together without adding water. Store in a clean, dry, and sterilized jar.
