Add 4 chopped chicken breasts to the Instant Pot.

Pour in 3/4 cup of dark sweet barbecue sauce.

Add 2 tablespoons of soy sauce.

Set the Instant Pot to manual high for 4 minutes.

After cooking, perform a fast release of the pressure.

Remove 1/4 cup of the barbecue sauce and mix it with 2 teaspoons of cornstarch.

Add the cornstarch mixture back into the Instant Pot.

Cook on sauté to thicken the sauce, stirring continuously.

Add 3/4 cup of orange marmalade and stir until well combined.

Serve the orange chicken over rice.
