350 gms Boneless Chicken thighs, cut into 1” pieces
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp White Pepper Powder
1 Egg
3.5 tbsp Corn Flour
1 US cup Fresh Orange Juice (240 ml)
1.5 tbsp White Sugar
1/2 tbsp Brown Sugar
1.5 tbsp White Vinegar
1 tsp Dark Soy Sauce
1/2 tsp Ginger, grated
1/2 tsp Garlic, grated
1/2 tsp Red Chilli flakes
1 tsp Sesame Oil
2 tsp Corn Slurry (corn flour mixed in 4 tbsp water)
1 tbsp Spring Onion Greens for garnish
Oil for deep frying

Cut the boneless chicken thighs into 1” pieces.

Marinate with salt, white pepper powder, and egg; mix well and set aside for 30 mins.
