10 ml of oil
10 shallots
25 g of grated coconut
100 ml of water
salt to taste

Heat the pan and pour in 10 ml of oil.

Put in 10 shallots cut into pieces and saute until they lose their pinkish color.

Add a spoon of mixture of spices and let it cook.

Put in some finely grated coconut powder and finely grated shallots mixture.

Saute and mix well.

Break in an egg and mix well and saute for 5 to 6 minutes.

Take 150 g of rice flour in a grinder with 25 g of grated coconut, a few shallot pieces, and mix in 100 ml of water.

Mix in salt to taste and grind well.

Add a quarter spoon of Eno and mix well.

Pour in the pancake mixture into the pan and put the egg coconut mixture on top.

Then pour another layer of pancake batter on top and let it fry for 6 minutes on medium heat until it turns crispy.

Turn the pancake and flip it over.

Once it is nicely cooked, take off the flame and serve.
