How to make traditional Irish potato bread with the Red Chef

Irish Potato Bread
Quantities are estimated based on standard recipes for your convenience. The actual ingredients used in this video are accurate.
Combine equal amounts of cold leftover mashed potato and flour in a large metal bowl.
Add melted butter to the mixture.
Use your hands to break up and combine the ingredients, mixing until they start to stick together.
If the mixture feels too dry, continue working it with your fingers until it comes together, adding more water if necessary.
Shape the potato dough to the thickness of a slice of bread and cut it into portions.
Place the portions into a greased baking tray.
Bake in the oven at 180°C for 15 to 20 minutes.
After 15 minutes, check the bread; it should be cooked and have a pale color.
If not eating immediately, wrap the bread in cling wrap and freeze it for later use.
To serve, shallow fry the baked bread in butter over low heat until the outside is crisp.
Season with additional salt and pepper before serving.
