Instructions

- 4Whisk egg whites until frothy, then gradually fold into the honey mixture.
- 5Stir in vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt until well combined.
- 6Add toasted almonds and lemon zest, mixing thoroughly.
- 7Line a baking dish with parchment paper for easy removal.
- 8Pour the mixture into the prepared dish, spreading evenly.
- 9Press down firmly to compact the mixture.
- 10Let cool at room temperature for several hours until set.
- 11Once set, cut into squares or bars and serve.

- 5Remove from heat and quickly stir in the toasted almonds, cinnamon, and salt until well combined.
- 6Pour the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it out evenly with a spatula.
- 7Allow it to cool for about 10-15 minutes until it is set but still warm enough to shape.
- 8Once slightly cooled, use a rolling pin to flatten it to your desired thickness.
- 9Let it cool completely before breaking it into pieces or cutting it into squares.
