Cheesy Mashed Potatoes

5 lbs non GMO potatoes
1 stick cream cheese
0.5 stick unsalted butter
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1.5 cups whole milk
cheese (Ralet)
half tub green air cheese
chives
Danos original seasoning (green top)
crunchy seasoning (black top)

Peel 5 lbs of non GMO potatoes and remove any knots.

Cut the potatoes into small pieces.

Boil water and add salt to it.

Once boiling, add the cut potatoes to the water.

In a separate pan, combine 1 stick of cream cheese, 0.5 stick of unsalted butter, and 1 cup of heavy whipping cream.

Add about 1.5 cups of whole milk to the mixture, adjusting as needed.

Add Ralet cheese to the sauce mixture.

Add half a tub of green air cheese to the sauce mixture.

Keep the sauce on medium heat until everything melts together.

Dice chives into small pieces and add them to the sauce.

Once the potatoes are done boiling, use a potato ricer to mash them.

Mix the mashed potatoes with the cheese sauce, adding more milk if needed to thin it out.

Serve the mashed potatoes in a bowl, optionally topping with more cheese sauce and Danos seasoning.

Finish with a sprinkle of crunchy seasoning for added flavor.
