1 cup crushed tomatoes
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1 lb pizza dough
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tbsp olive oil
1/4 cup fresh basil leaves

Crush some tomatoes and add a pinch of sugar and salt, then stir and set aside.

Flour the work surface.

Take dough balls from the trays and place them on the floured surface.

Stretch the dough by going around the circumference, lifting it to allow gravity to help stretch it, and using fists to gently stretch further.

Drizzle a little olive oil on the stretched dough.

Place the pizza on a perforated peel to allow excess flour to fall through.

Preheat the oven and place the pizza inside using the peel.

Rotate the pizza gently while it cooks to ensure even baking.

Check the crust; when it is bubbling and looks perfect, remove the pizza from the oven.
