Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Measure out 4 cups of crushed graham crackers, then remove 1.5 cups to keep only 2.5 cups for the recipe.
In a mixing bowl, combine the 2.5 cups of crushed graham crackers with sugar, flour, baking powder, and salt, and stir until mixed.
In another bowl, crack 2 eggs into 1 cup of milk and add a little vanilla extract, then mix with a fork.
Pour the egg and milk mixture into the graham cracker mixture along with 1/2 cup of melted butter, and stir until combined.
Pour the batter into a 9 by 13 baking tin lined with parchment paper and smooth it out.
Bake the cake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes until partially baked.
Remove the cake from the oven and top it with a whole heap of mini marshmallows, spreading them around.
Return the cake to the oven and bake for another 10 minutes until the marshmallows are melted and golden.
Sprinkle chocolate chips on top of the hot cake after removing it from the oven.
