Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Season with salt, black pepper, cumin, and paprika to taste.
Mix all the ingredients until well combined and creamy.
Transfer the ikra to a serving dish and garnish with chopped parsley.
Serve warm or at room temperature with bread or crackers.
