In a grinder, add fresh basil leaves, garlic, paprika powder, black pepper crushed, pink salt, tomato paste, mustard paste, lemon juice, olive oil & grind well to make a thick paste.

On chicken fillets, add prepared marinade, rub & coat well, cover & marinate for 30 minutes.

In a cast iron pan, add cooking oil & cook marinated fillet from both sides until done (8-10 minutes), rest it for a few minutes then cut into slices & set aside.

In a wok, add cooking oil, onion, garlic & sauté for 2 minutes.

Add boiled rice, cumin seeds, black pepper powder, pink salt, fresh coriander, mix well & set aside.

In a bowl, add cucumber, onion, cherry tomatoes, black pepper crushed, pink salt, lemon juice, fresh coriander & toss well.

Add feta cheese & set aside.

In a bowl, add yogurt, garlic, lemon juice, black pepper crushed, pink salt & whisk well.

Add cucumber, fresh coriander & mix well.

Drizzle olive oil & set aside.

On serving plate, add prepared rice, Mediterranean chicken fillet, prepared veggie & feta salad & tzatziki sauce & serve!
