1

Wash the oysters until the water is clean.

2

Dry the oysters with paper towels.

3

Pour 2 cups of buttermilk into a bowl.

4

Crack 2 eggs into the buttermilk and whisk it together.

5

Add the oysters to the buttermilk mixture and chill for 30 minutes.

6

In another bowl, combine 1 cup of flour, 1 cup of cornmeal, and all the seasonings (1 tablespoon each).

7

Slice the potato and rinse it with cold water.

8

Add ice cubes to the water to help remove the starch from the potato.

9

Pat the potato dry with a paper towel and coat it with cornstarch.

10

Remove the oysters from the fridge, dip them in the wet batter, then drop them in the dry batter.

11

Fry the oysters, making sure not to overcrowd the pan, for about 2 minutes on each side until golden brown.

12

Melt some butter and mix it with Kinder's olive oil, parsley, and parmesan cheese.

13

For the garlic mayo, mix together mayo, salt, pepper, and garlic paste.

14

Cut the bread and spread the garlic mayo on it.

15

Add lettuce, sliced onion, sliced tomato, hamburger pickle chips, and the freshly fried oysters to the sandwich.

16

Slice the sandwich in half.

17

Toss the fries in the garlic parmesan mixture and plate them, adding extra parmesan on top.
