Halve the banana and put it on a oven pan(or other heat proof pan you have).

Sprinkle 1Tbsp of sugar over the bananas. Using torch, make that burn until nice golden brown color.

Whip the heavy cream with sugar until it gets stiff pick.

On a plate, place halved bananas and put some ice cream between of them. Decorate with whipped cream, dark chocolate, maraschino cherry and sprinkles.
