Mash 1 banana in a bowl.

Add 1 tablespoon melted butter, 1 tablespoon flaxseed powder, 1 teaspoon baking powder, 1 teaspoon baking soda, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, 1 tablespoon honey, and 1 teaspoon lemon juice to the mashed banana.

Mix the wet ingredients nicely and keep aside.

In another bowl, combine 1 cup all-purpose flour, 1/2 cup powdered sugar, and 1/2 cup milk powder.

Add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients and mix to make a smooth batter without lumps.

Take a nonstick pan and apply some butter.

Pour 1 tea cup of batter into the pan, keeping it pea-sized.

Cover the pan and cook for 2 minutes.

Check and flip the pancake to the second side, then close the lid and cook for 1 minute more.
