1

Gather ingredients: salt, pepper, fresh garlic, fresh basil, oregano, Parmesan cheese, fresh tomatoes, mozzarella cheese, and olive oil.

2

Prepare pizza dough on a pizza peel, lightly floured. If you don't have a pizza peel, use the bottom of a sheet pan.

3

Stretch or roll out the dough to your desired size.

4

Shake the pizza peel to ensure the dough isn't sticking.

5

Apply a thin layer of olive oil on the crust to prevent sticking on the grill.

6

Preheat the grill to the lowest setting, around 350°F, ensuring the grill grates are clean.

7

Place the pizza dough on the grill, oil side up, and grill for 2 to 4 minutes.

8

While the dough is grilling, prepare the tomatoes for the sauce by laying them on the grill with a little salt.

9

After about 4 minutes, oil the top side of the pizza before flipping it.

10

Flip the pizza gently to achieve a golden brown crust, grilling for an additional 3 to 4 minutes.

11

Once both sides are golden brown, add more olive oil, fresh oregano, garlic, grilled tomatoes, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese on top.

12

Cover the grill to melt the cheese while cooking indirectly by turning off two burners.

13

After a couple of minutes, check if the cheese has melted and then remove the pizza from the grill.

14

Let the pizza rest for a moment before finishing it off with fresh basil and a drizzle of balsamic glaze.
