16 oz room temperature cream cheese
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup sugar
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
3 large eggs
1 cup chopped Reese's
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1/4 cup powdered sugar

1

Add Oreo crumbs and melted butter in a bowl and stir until all crumbs are moistened.

2

Spray a spring form pan with non-stick baking spray and place a parchment circle on the bottom.

3

Spread the Oreo mixture evenly in the spring form pan, pushing some crumbs up the sides using a cup for corners.

4

Bake the crust in the oven for 8 to 10 minutes.

5

While the crust is baking, mix room temperature cream cheese, flour, and sugar in a mixer until smooth and creamy.

6

Add sour cream and peanut butter to the mixture and stir until well combined.

7

Add vanilla extract and mix until combined.

8

Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.

9

Fold in chopped Reese's into the filling mixture.

10

Prepare a water bath by placing the spring form pan inside a silicone pan that is larger than the baking pan.

11

Add the filling to the baked crust and spread it evenly.

12

Fill the outer pan with water until it reaches halfway up the side of the silicone pan or spring form pan.

13

Bake in the oven for about 1 hour and 25 minutes.

14

After baking, turn off the oven and leave the cheesecake inside with the door closed for 30 minutes.

15

Crack the oven door and let the cheesecake cool for another 30 minutes.

16

Once cooled, remove the cheesecake from the spring form pan, using an offset spatula if necessary to help it come loose from the bottom.

17

For the topping, heat heavy whipping cream until just before boiling and pour it over chocolate chips to melt them.

18

Let the chocolate sit for a couple of minutes, then stir to create chocolate ganache.

19

Spread the ganache evenly over the cheesecake.

20

For the peanut butter whipped cream, mix powdered sugar, peanut butter, vanilla extract, and 3 tablespoons of heavy whipping cream together.

21

Add the remaining heavy whipping cream to a mixing bowl and whip until it thickens but does not hold peaks.

22

Incorporate the peanut butter mixture into the whipped cream and whip until stiff peaks form, being careful not to over whip.

23

Spread the peanut butter whipped cream on top of the cheesecake.
