150 Gr. Queso Mozzarella

Flatten the beef or chicken cutlets using a meat mallet until they are about 1/4 inch thick.

In a shallow dish, combine flour, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.

In another shallow dish, beat the eggs until well combined.

In a third shallow dish, mix breadcrumbs with grated Parmesan cheese.

Dredge each cutlet in the flour mixture, shaking off excess.

Dip the floured cutlet into the beaten eggs, allowing excess to drip off.

Coat the cutlet in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Fry the breaded cutlets for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.

Remove the cutlets and place them on a baking sheet.

Top each cutlet with a slice of ham and mozzarella cheese.

Broil in the oven for 2-3 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
