Finely dice 2 cloves of garlic and place in a bowl.

Chop cilantro and add to the bowl with garlic.

Add 2 eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper to the bowl and mix together to create a marinade.

Pour the marinade over thin sliced beef and mix well; let it rest for about 30 minutes.

Chop butter lettuce and place in a bowl.

Peel and chop cucumbers, adding them to the bowl with lettuce.

Add arugula tomatoes to the bowl for color.

Prepare a vinaigrette using red wine vinegar, olive oil, mustard, and maple syrup; add mint onion and juice of 1/2 lemon, then mix together.

Pour the vinaigrette over the lettuce mixture.

Take the marinated thin sliced beef and coat each piece in panko breadcrumbs.

Drizzle olive oil over the coated beef pieces.

Place the beef in the oven at 350°F for about 25 minutes.
