Milanesa Napolitana

1 kg beef steak
2 eggs
2 cloves garlic
1 cup evaporated milk
1/4 cup regular milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon beef bouillon powder (optional)
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

tomato sauce
2 slices ham (optional)
2 slices mozzarella cheese (optional)

Prepare 1 kg of beef steak, cut into 5 pieces of approximately 200 grams each.

Flatten the beef steak to about 0.5 cm thick using a plastic bag or thick plastic.

In a bowl, mix 2 eggs, 2 cloves of minced garlic, 1 cup of evaporated milk, 1/4 cup of regular milk, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1/2 teaspoon of beef bouillon powder, and 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper to create the marinade.

Marinate the flattened beef in the mixture, cover, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

Prepare a plate with 1 cup of breadcrumbs for breading the marinated beef.

Heat more than 1/2 cup of oil in a skillet over medium-low heat.

Remove excess marinade from the beef and coat each piece in breadcrumbs, pressing to adhere.

Fry each breaded beef piece for about 2 minutes on each side until golden brown, then drain on paper towels.

Place the fried milanesas on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil and spray with cooking oil.

Top with tomato sauce, and optionally add ham and 2 slices of mozzarella cheese on some pieces.

Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F) and bake for 5 to 8 minutes to melt the cheese.

Serve the milanesas, optionally with a fried egg on top.
