1

Pound the top sirloin steak to a thickness of about a third of an inch.

2

In a bowl, mix 2 eggs with 2 tablespoons of dried parsley flakes and salt to taste.

3

Dip the pounded steak cutlets into the egg mixture, then coat them in bread crumbs.

4

Let the breaded cutlets rest for several hours or up to overnight.

5

Prepare a salad with tomatoes, cabbage, carrot, 2 small onions, 2 cloves of garlic, salt, oregano, and olive oil.

6

Fry the breaded steak cutlets for 5 to 7 minutes on one side, then flip and fry for another 5 minutes.

7

Remove the cutlets and place them on paper towels to absorb excess oil.

8

Top each cutlet with 1 to 2 slices of prosciutto and drizzle with tomato sauce.

9

Add thinly sliced mozzarella cheese on top of the cutlets.

10

Place the assembled cutlets under the broiler for 5 to 9 minutes, watching closely to prevent burning.
