  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. 1Wash and trim the ends of the green beans.
  2. 2In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  3. 3Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.
  4. 4Add the green beans to the skillet and stir to coat them in the garlic oil.
  5. 5Season with salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using).
  6. 6Sauté the green beans for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they are tender but still crisp.
  7. 7Remove the skillet from heat and drizzle with lemon juice.

  7. 7Stir-fry for an additional 3-4 minutes until the bok choy is tender but still crisp.
