Whisk together 6 cups of all-purpose flour, 4 teaspoons of Himalayan salt, and 1 teaspoon of active dry yeast in a large bowl.
Add 3 cups of lukewarm water to the flour mixture and mix until the dough is loose and sticky.
Cover the bowl with cling wrap and let it sit at room temperature for 8 to 24 hours.
After 9 hours, preheat the oven to 450°F (232°C) and place a Dutch oven with the lid inside to preheat for 30 minutes.
Carefully remove the preheated Dutch oven from the oven and unwrap the dough.
Flour your hands and divide the dough in half, placing one half into the hot Dutch oven.
Cover the Dutch oven with the lid and bake for 30 minutes.
After 30 minutes, remove the lid and bake for an additional 10 to 15 minutes until the crust is brown and crusty.
Remove the bread from the Dutch oven and let it cool before slicing.
