Season the chicken and let it marinate in the fridge overnight.
In a pot, fry the chicken until it releases its natural juices.
Mix flour, sugar, salt, and butter to prepare the dumpling dough, adding warm water to bring it together.
Set the dumpling dough aside.
Add chopped green onions, cilantro, garlic, red bell peppers, and green chili peppers to the pot with the chicken.
Add celery sticks, carrots, and season with Cajun seasoning and complete seasoning.
Pour in water to cover the ingredients and bring to a boil.
Once the carrots and cassava are almost tender, add plantain and pumpkin.
Add spinach and then the dumplings, cooking for about 5-6 minutes until done.
Serve the chicken soup.
