1 bay leaf
0.5 teaspoon chili powder
1 tablespoon freshly chopped parsley
1 chopped clove of garlic
1 tablespoon olive oil
750 ml vegetable stock

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
