Grease the molds with a tiny bit of coconut oil, working it into all the crevices.

Combine the raspberry jello with the can of whole cranberry sauce and the crushed pineapple in a bowl.

Add the port wine to the mixture.

Stir until well combined and the mixture is nice and chunky.

Split the mixture into two smaller molds, filling them about halfway.

Let the molds set up in the refrigerator overnight.

Unmold the jello by inverting it onto a serving plate.

Serve chilled and enjoy.
