1 tbsp Salt
1 Egg
6 cup Flour

1-2 tsp Chilli Garlic Sauce
1 tsp Tandoori Masala
1/2 tsp Turmeric

Combine sugar and yeast, water and let sit for 5 minutes. Then add milk, oil, salt, egg, flour and knead a nice dough. Cover and let it sit for at least 1 hour for dough to rise.

Add chopped garlic in 3 tbsp of oil. Then add chicken chunks with chilli garlic sauce, tandoori masala, turmeric, black pepper. Mix everything well. Cut veggies of your choice and set aside. Shred cheese also.

Preheat oven to 400°F. Spray some oil on your pan. Take a portion of the dough kneaded earlier, flatter with your hands or a rolling pin. Add tomato sauce on the dough, cheese, chicken chunks, veggies, and some more cheese over the top. Sprinkle crushed chilli and black pepper for more flavour (optional).

Bake at 400°F for 20 minutes or until crust is golden.

Let it cool for 5 minutes. Slice and enjoy!
