Barley Noodle Pilaf

1 cup barley noodle
2-3 tbsp oil
1 long red pepper
1 carrot
1 cup boiled peas
2 cups hot water
Salt
1 cube chicken bouillon

Add oil in a large saucepan over medium heat, then add the barley noodle.

Add chopped red pepper, grated carrot, boiled peas and cook for about 5 minutes until vegetables have softened.

Finally, pour hot water and add salt and a cube of chicken bouillon and cover.

Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low, cover, and cook for 45 to 50 minutes until barley noodle is tender and liquid is absorbed.
