Today im going to show you how to make Cake-Pops! 🫶
Recipe Information
Cake Pops
Quantities are estimated based on standard recipes for your convenience. The actual ingredients used in this video are accurate.
Prepare the cake mix according to package instructions and bake in a 9x13 inch pan.
Once baked, let the cake cool completely.
Crumble the cooled cake into a large bowl until fine crumbs form.
Add the frosting to the cake crumbs and mix until well combined.
Using your hands, form the mixture into small balls (about 1 inch in diameter).
Place the cake balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and freeze for about 30 minutes until firm.
Melt the chocolate chips with vegetable oil in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring until smooth.
Dip the end of each lollipop stick into the melted chocolate, then insert it into the center of each cake ball.
Coat each cake pop in the melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip off, and place back on the parchment paper.
If desired, decorate with sprinkles before the chocolate sets.
Let the cake pops sit at room temperature or refrigerate until the chocolate is fully hardened.
