Allow for an eighth of a cup of self-rising flour for rolling out the dough.
Cut the canadian bacon into small pieces.
In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and add a quarter cup of non-fat plain greek yogurt.
In a frying pan, cook the canadian bacon and chopped veggies with fresh black pepper until the bacon browns and veggies soften.
Roll out the dough into roughly five-inch diameter circles.
Add about three to four tablespoons of the egg mixture and a tablespoon of cheese to the center of each dough circle.
Fold the edges of the dough over the filling and crimp to seal.
Brush the tops with the beaten egg mixture.
Spray the air fryer basket with olive oil and place the bombs inside.
Cook in the air fryer at 400°F for about 5 minutes.
