HOW TO PREPARE WHIPPING CREAM FOR WHIPPING CREAM DISPENSER - USING READY-MADE WHIPPING CREAM POWDER

Fill a shaker with ice to make very cold water.

Pour 350 ml of water into the shaker with ice and shake to chill the water.

Measure out 120 grams of whipping cream powder.

Add the whipping cream powder to the cold water and stir gently (do not fully dissolve).

Add 1 teaspoon of vanilla flavor to the mixture for added taste.

Pour the mixture into a whipping cream dispenser, ensuring all powder is included.

Seal the dispenser tightly with the lid.

Insert a charger into the dispenser until you hear a hissing sound, indicating gas has entered the chamber.

Shake the dispenser gently after charging.

Prepare a blender for the drink mixture.

Add 2 ounces of chocolate chips to the blender.

Add 40 ml of condensed milk to the blender.

Add 20 ml of evaporated milk to the blender.

Add 2 ounces of chocolate sauce to the blender.

Blend the mixture until smooth, using a chopper if necessary for a finer consistency.

Pour the blended mixture into a cup.

Top the drink with whipped cream from the dispenser.

Drizzle additional chocolate sauce on top of the whipped cream.

Sprinkle extra chocolate chips on top for garnish.
