1 cleaned sea bream
200g asari clam
1 clove of garlic
1 sprig of parsley (or Italian parsley)
12 cherry tomatoes
3 anchovies
2 tbsp white wine
100ml water
1 tbsp olive oil
pinch of salt
dash of pepper

Remove sand from clams.

Mince the garlic and parsley.

Wash the cherry tomatoes, remove the stems, and cut in half.

Slash the sea bream to allow the flavor to soak in.

Season the sea bream with salt and pepper and leave for about 5 minutes.

Put the olive oil, garlic and anchovies in a frying pan and fry over low heat until fragrant.

Grill the sea bream on both sides over high heat.

Add white wine and heat over high heat until the alcohol has burn off.

Add the water and clams, cover, and simmer on medium heat for about 3-5 minutes.

Add cherry tomatoes, simmer while the broth is poured over the fish to soak up the flavor, seasoning with salt and pepper.

After serving, sprinkle with parsley and you're done. Enjoy!!
