Remove moisture from the sea bream using a kitchen towel and make incisions.

Sprinkle grilled salt and pepper evenly on both sides and marinate for 10 minutes.

Sauté garlic on low heat until fragrant, then grill the garlic on low heat until golden without burning.

Once the sea bream is almost cooked, add clams and about 100ml of water.
