2 eggs, room temperature
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp almond extract
1 1/4 cups (175g) flour
3/4 cup (75g) almond meal or ground almonds
2 tsp baking powder
3/4 cup (180ml) milk
1 cup raspberries

In a bowl, cream together the soft butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.

Stir in the vanilla and almond extracts.

In a separate bowl, combine the flour, almond meal, and baking powder.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, alternating with the milk, and mix until just combined.
