- 8Pour the batter over the cherries, spreading it gently to cover.
- 9Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
- 10Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.

- 5Transfer the gazpacho to a bowl or pitcher and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to chill and allow flavors to meld.
- 6Serve the chilled gazpacho in bowls, garnished with additional basil leaves or a few whole cherries if desired.
