In a bowl, combine 1.5 pounds ground beef, 0.5 pounds ground pork, 1 large egg, 1/3 cup diced onion, 1/4 cup almond flour, 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese, 1/4 cup chopped parsley, 3 minced garlic cloves, 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning, 1 teaspoon kosher salt, and 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper.

Mix all ingredients together by hand until just combined, being careful not to overmix.

Use a medium cookie scoop to portion out the meat mixture and roll into meatballs.

Place meatballs on a sheet pan and bake for about 20 minutes, or until lightly browned.

For the marinara sauce, heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a pot over medium-high heat and sauté 1 small diced onion for 3-4 minutes until translucent.
