Put 2 liters of water and 500 grams of lamb meat on medium heat and bring to a boil, periodically removing the foam.

Add salt and black peas pepper to taste.

Put the unpeeled onion in the pot to clean and lighten the broth.

Cook the lamb meat over low heat for about 1 to 1.5 hours.

Heat a small amount of vegetable oil in a frying pan.

Cut the second onion into large half-rings and fry until golden colored.

Cut 1 piece of carrot into large slices and fry for about 5 minutes until soft.

Put the fried vegetables in the pot with the broth.

Cut 400 grams of potatoes and add to the pot with broth and vegetables.

Continue cooking over medium heat for about 30 minutes until the potatoes are soft.

Add 2 bay leaves to the pot.

At the end of cooking, add chopped garlic and salt to taste.
