1/4 cup flat parsley, chopped

1 teaspoon dried basil
1 cup peas
1 red bell pepper, diced
1 green bell pepper, diced
2 carrots, sliced
1 onion, chopped
1 cup brown bella mushrooms, sliced
2 lbs chicken, cut into pieces
1/2 cup pinot grigio
1/2 cup heavy cream
2 cups potatoes, diced

Heat a large pan on medium heat and add olive oil.

Add chicken pieces one by one and fry until seared; remove the seared chicken.

Pour in about 1/2 liter of pinot grigio wine; cook without lid until all alcohol evaporates.

Cover the pan and cook on slow heat for 30 minutes.
