Add heavy cream, eggs, vanilla extract, salt, nutmeg, cinnamon, and ginger to the mixture and whisk until well combined.
Pour the filling into the prepared pie crust, smoothing the top with a spatula.
Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes or until the filling is set and slightly puffed.
Remove from the oven and allow to cool for at least 15 minutes before serving.
Sprinkle sesame seeds on top for garnish before slicing.
